Atv Tour To The Abode Of The Gods & Piuray Lake

The tour begins with pickup from your hotel located within the historic center of Cusco, our mobility will transport you to our bases of operations located in the Cruz Verde sector in the Poroy district, 25 minutes from the city of Cusco.

After the dissemination of safety talks and instruction on the ATVs by the guide responsible for the group, you will have practice driving and familiarization with the ATVs for approximately 15 minutes.

You will begin the tour heading towards the Piuray lake along mixed routes between trails and paved roads, during this journey you will be able to appreciate beautiful landscapes and the imposing snow-capped mountains of the Vilcabamba mountain range, some located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas and you will take advantage of the panorama for the photographic shots, once you arrive at the Piuray lake you will have time and space to see our fauna (birds), many of these endemics that inhabit and represent our region. Once you have visited this place, you will continue the return journey to the architectural, thematic and cultural complex of the Abode of the Gods, where you will have a guided tour of a timeless lithic space created thanks to the sculptor Michael Monteagudo Mejía, who carved the rock outcrop. on the slopes of the Huayna Qorqor mountain trying to revalue the cultural identity in a contemporary way and thus be able to pay tribute to the Andean culture without breaking the environment but being part of it, this magical place that still It is under construction and dazzles visitors with the art of gigantic lithic sculptures of Gods, characters and animals representing Andean deities. Once you have visited this place, you will continue with the return journey to our base of operations in Cruz Verde where you will end the tour on ATVs, then you will board the transportation and return to Cusco, ending the tour in the Plaza de Armas and/or Plazoleta Regojo.
