The CLIENT acknowledges that the company called “MAJESTIC TRAVEL SOCIEDAD ANONIMA CERRADA”, (hereinafter MAJESTIC TRAVEL) acts as a marketer of national and international tourist services, as well as an intermediary between users-tourists and other providers of tourist services among themselves, also with respect to the marketing of tourist packages, tourist services, travel packages through electronic means, digital portals, web pages, “e-commerce” (online stores or internet), making reservations, integration, development, operation and purchase and sale of tourist packages, both air, land, sea transport on its own account or on behalf of third parties, also provides the service to users-tourists of guidance, advice, reservation and acquisition of tickets, passes, or admissions for public or private shows, national or abroad, which will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by the contracted service providers, including, but not limited to, charges for cancellations, loss of flights, loss of luggage, among others.
The aforementioned services will be provided by independent providers who do not act for or on behalf of “MAJESTIC TRAVEL,” and the CLIENT hereby expressly acknowledges this situation and accepts that neither “MAJESTIC TRAVEL,” nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, or representatives have any involvement in the provision of the contracted services.
In this act, THE CLIENT releases “MAJESTIC TRAVEL”, as well as its shareholders, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advisors, agents, employees, or related parties, from all liability arising from any breach, event, act, omission, accident, or injury related to and/or resulting from the services contracted by THE CLIENT, including damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, economic, and/or due to negligence, as well as losses, costs, or expenses that may be generated by or in connection with the services contracted through “MAJESTIC TRAVEL”.
All hotel reservations, packages, flights, ticket issuance, transfers, guides, and other services are non-refundable. Most packages require a deposit, which may vary depending on the operator, destination, and travel season.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation, according to the responsible operator’s policies.
Airline tickets of any category offered by the company are:
All airlines reserve the right to overbook, change schedules, and even cancel or make changes they deem necessary without prior notice and without liability to “MAJESTIC TRAVEL”; this is authorized by the government.
Likewise, all airlines and cruise lines have different restrictions for travel by minors under 18 years of age, pregnant women, and people who use a cane or wheelchair, for safety reasons; therefore, THE CLIENT accepts that it is their responsibility to consult the restrictions applicable to each airline or cruise line. THE CLIENT accepts that “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” is not responsible for these restrictions.
All travelers must have the necessary documentation for their trip: valid passports and visas. Any problems or inconveniences that may arise from non-compliance with this requirement are their sole responsibility.
Changes or cancellations of trips caused by hurricanes, cyclones, earthquakes, or any other event are beyond the control of MAJESTIC TRAVEL and will be subject to the policies and guidelines of the airline, carrier, or tour operator for total trip cancellation or itinerary changes. Partial or full refunds will depend on the airline, carrier, or tour operator.
The CLIENT agrees that to carry out any procedure or request clarification, they must present the purchase ticket and/or invoice, and the order form containing their trip details. Likewise, the CLIENT agrees that the person(s) contracting the services are the person(s) who sign and accept the general terms and conditions and are the only one(s) authorized to make any clarifications or claims.
The CLIENT/USER will be responsible for the authenticity of the information provided to the system for making the reservation, and especially for the accuracy of the credit card details.
The CLIENT/USER will be responsible for the email address and/or other contact information, which will be considered accurate for all purposes related to any type of notification.
The information contained on this website may contain transcription errors, translation errors, and/or typographical errors of any kind, computer malfunctions, operational issues, and/or similar problems, for which no liability will be accepted.
At the time of reservation confirmation, you will be asked to accept these general terms and conditions, which will be considered the only valid terms and conditions, and any subsequent reservation and/or modification thereof will be subject to them.
GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
The legal basis is in accordance with Peruvian law, to guarantee transparency, inform, and properly guide THE CLIENT.
THE CLIENT accepts that failure to pay, in whole or in part, for the services contracted through “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” will be sufficient cause for cancellation or termination of the contract and the services contracted by THE CLIENT with the various providers mentioned, which may include, but are not limited to: airlines, hotels, land and sea transport companies, tour operators, etc. Therefore, THE CLIENT hereby releases “MAJESTIC TRAVEL,” its shareholders, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advisors, agents, and related parties from any liability that may arise from THE CLIENT’s breach of contract.
The prices offered by MAJESTIC TRAVEL do not include the following:
Excess baggage fees.
Any additional expenses not specifically detailed in the itineraries.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
The applicable rates are valid at the time of the quote. To secure the quoted rate, a full deposit or reservation fee must be paid. Otherwise, the price may vary due to changes in availability or exchange rates. The reservation will only be valid once a sales representative confirms the service through one of our official channels.
Your confirmation number will be sent to you after you have made your reservation payment (deposit or full payment). Only then is the reservation considered confirmed.
Service reservations are subject to availability at the time your request is processed and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
For hotel and land package reservations, we will verify availability with the supplier before requesting payment; therefore, we will send you confirmation within 24 hours.
Payment for services will be made directly by the client once the business relationship with “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” has been established.
After booking and confirmation, the client must print the corresponding voucher and present it at check-in.
The client should read the cancellation policy, as any changes to the reservation are subject to availability, fare adjustments, and the policies of the service provider or airline. Please have your reservation number ready and contact the appropriate department of the company for any questions.
Prices are per person and include the services indicated in the description.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
The total amount of your reservation, or the deposit, can be paid by bank transfer, cash payment at our branch, or credit/debit card, subject to confirmation of service availability.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our staff will gladly provide you with information on applicable bank fees, as well as any bank charges for deferred payments.
The rates published on our website are quoted in US dollars (USD). For other currencies, the transaction amount will be converted to US dollars (USD) at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction.
MAJESTIC TRAVEL is not responsible for any discrepancies due to international fluctuations or bank fees.
If the client requires an invoice, they can request it through the link provided on the payment receipt. Invoices can only be issued in the same month the service is contracted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the company staff assisting you. Cancellation policies vary depending on the service contracted. “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” acts as an intermediary between the user and the service provider.
FOR HOTELS: Hotel cancellation policies are specific to each hotel. When you select your hotel, you can request the applicable cancellation policies from the company staff.
For packages that include accommodation, if there is an availability issue, the selected hotel(s) will be changed. The replacement hotel(s) will be of a similar category, and this change will be communicated in advance.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-in begins on the contracted day and ends at 10:00 AM on the last scheduled departure day. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, your room may not be available at that time. If you require an extended stay beyond the check-out time, you must notify reception and request the additional stay directly from the hotel.
FOR GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND/OR TOURS:
Personal data will be considered sensitive as defined by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. This includes, but is not limited to, data that forms part of an individual’s private life and whose disclosure could lead to or result in discrimination based on racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, and sexual orientation.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
Cancellation policies for tours and ground transportation are specific to each service. Therefore, when you choose your transfer or tour, you can request the cancellation policies for each one from the company’s staff. However, the following is a summary, not an exhaustive list, of the applicable cancellation charges for ground transportation and/or tours:
– Reservations canceled before the service date are subject to a charge based on the total amount of your reservation, depending on the service provider’s policies.
– Reservations canceled before the service date, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable.
In the packages offered, the Travel Agency and the service providers reserve the right to modify the travel itinerary or the hotels only if absolutely necessary for better organization or if there are force majeure circumstances that require it.
The Travel Agency acts as an intermediary and will not be responsible for delays, early departures, or cancellations in airline or transportation company itineraries. Any resulting expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
AIR SERVICES
Airport taxes are not included in the packages.
Airfares are per person and may or may not include taxes. This will be specified at the time of purchase.
Cancellation policies and penalties for date changes will take effect upon ticket issuance and vary depending on the airline. No matter how far in advance a change or cancellation is made, you must always consult with the corresponding airline.
CANCELLATION FOR REASONS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE COMPANY:
“MAJESTIC TRAVEL” acts as an intermediary between the client and the provider of the goods and services advertised on the website www.gettripvacation.com. The services promoted are: hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and tours. For this purpose, “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” establishes commercial negotiations with qualified and reputable suppliers in the market. However, “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” cannot assume any responsibility to those who purchase services on the website www.peruandestop.com for acts or omissions in the services provided by these suppliers, since “MAJESTIC TRAVEL” has no legal representation or administrative control over the assets, procedures, personnel, and equipment of these suppliers.
MAJESTIC TRAVEL will not be liable for any claims, costs, or expenses arising from personal injury or injury to third parties, accidents or death, loss of or damage to personal belongings, loss of enjoyment, anger, disappointment, distress, or frustration, whether mental or physical, resulting from the following:
Acts or omissions of any person other than MAJESTIC TRAVEL employees
Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond MAJESTIC TRAVEL’s direct control.
Failure by the client to obtain the required travel documentation, such as passports, visas, certificates, or any other document that is their responsibility to process, will result in the client not being entitled to any refund.
Failure by the client to follow instructions regarding airport departure times, hotel check-in and check-out times and dates, and voucher redemption policies.
Cancellation or changes to the offered travel services for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel or change travel services at our discretion, but we will attempt to replace them with comparable services. In the event of cancellation, MAJESTIC TRAVEL will be responsible for refunding the full amount paid.
MAJESTIC TRAVEL maintains an up-to-date database of its suppliers regarding prices and service conditions; however, suppliers may make changes or provide incorrect information regarding the validity of some rates. In the event of any fare change, whether higher or lower, a sales expert will contact you to inform you of this modification, giving you the option to accept or decline the change regarding your reservation. We would like to emphasize that MAJESTIC TRAVEL expressly disclaims any responsibility or obligation to pay compensation for such cancellations, along with its suppliers.

The star ratings assigned to hotels and services are based on MAJESTIC TRAVEL’s interpretation and may differ from ratings reported elsewhere.
The descriptions of travel services are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee that they will be exactly the same upon arrival.
Any claims must be submitted in writing to the company’s email address and must be received no later than 15 days after your return. After this period, the company will not accept any claims.
