Designs itineraries to provide participants with true exposure to the natural environment of the places visited. Therefore, such activities involve an element of personal risk and potential exposure, which may result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or harm to the participant themselves or to third parties. The client understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. Therefore, the client assumes these risks as part of the tour. The client acknowledges that he and/or she is aware of their physical condition and health status, and with full knowledge thereof, he and/or she decides to undertake the aforementioned risks. The client releases Peru Andes Top® from any liability related to any accident or injury that may occur in connection with the client’s health, physical condition, or any other related factors.

The company is responsible for the logistics required to carry out the activity; therefore, cancellations or modifications to the reservation at no cost must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the activity, or failure to appear, will be considered a NO SHOW, with no right to a refund and subject to a 20% charge corresponding to administrative expenses.
