Therefore, they involve an element of personal risk and potential exposure, which may result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or harm to the person themselves or third parties. The client understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. Therefore, he takes them on as part of the tour. The client agrees that he and/or she are aware of their physical condition and health and that with the knowledge of this he and/or she decides to undertake the aforementioned risks. The client excludes Majestic Travel Group®; from any liability linked to any accident or injury that may occur associated with the clients' health, physical or other condition.

It is responsible for the logistics for carrying out the activity, therefore, cancellations or modifications to the reservation at no cost must be made within a maximum of 48 hours prior to the tour, cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the activity, or if you do not show up, will be considered a NO SHOW.
